Together we explore your experiences, strengths, and goals to determine the most effective therapeutic approach for you.
We begin working together using DBT, EMDR, CBT, or an integrated plan — at your pace, in a safe and supportive space.
With a Master's Degree and PhD in Clinical Psychology and more than 15 years of experience in hospital, community, and private practice settings, I bring a depth of understanding to the challenges you may be facing.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based therapies, with a particular focus on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Whether you experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviours, trauma-related difficulties, or challenges in relationships, we work together towards meaningful and sustainable change in a collaborative, non-judgemental space.
I have extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents presenting with emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal behaviours, personality difficulties, anxiety, depression and trauma-related difficulties.
DBT is an evidence-based treatment originally developed to support individuals who struggle with intense emotions, self-harm, suicidal behaviours, and long-standing difficulties in relationships. It integrates acceptance and change-based strategies to help you build a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
In my practice in Limassol, DBT is offered in an individual format and includes skills drawn from the four core DBT modules:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that uses a standard protocol to help you process traumatic experiences, distressing memories, and symptoms that continue to feel emotionally stuck or overwhelming.
Following assessment, your treatment may draw primarily on DBT, EMDR, CBT, or an integrated plan, depending on your goals and the nature of your difficulties.
During assessment, we consider the concerns you are facing now, as well as the experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy may be particularly helpful if you recognise yourself in some of the following:
A thorough assessment will help us decide together whether DBT, EMDR, CBT, or another evidence-based approach is most appropriate for your needs.

The initial assessment is an opportunity for us to understand your current difficulties, personal history, and what you would like to change. We will discuss whether DBT, EMDR, or another approach is most suitable and, if so, agree on a treatment plan together.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the nature of your difficulties. Some people attend for a focused number of sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. We review progress regularly and decide together about ongoing sessions.
